Boats (slip usage)
- Slip rental fees are for the period of April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.
- Fees not paid in full by April 15, 2011 shall terminate docking rights absolutely;
as per Article XIV of Corporate By-Laws.
- One-time Initiation Fee for Dock Association Membership for boats : $750
- Yearly Slip Dues (boat)(2011) : $175
PWC (Personal Water Craft) (slip usage)
[PWC are often referred to by the names WaveRunner, Jet Ski, or Sea-Doo, which are brand names
owned by Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Bombardier, respectively.]
- One-time Initiation Fee for Dock Association Membership for PWC : $200
- Yearly Slip Dues (PWC)(2011) : $50
To ease the financial burden of relinquishing a dock slip assignment and then rejoining in a later year...
and with the intent that it will result in higher utilization of all slips...it has been decided that the
Dock Initiation fee will be a one-time fee, provided:
1. Members maintain posession of their home during the period of time where they are not
current dock members.
2. Members maintain active status in the Beach Association during the period of time where
they are not dock members.
If a member elects to relinquish their 'active' dock member status, they give up any rights to that
specific slip which they were assigned, and when they rejoin, they will go back to the bottom of the
seniority list.
