Block Party Committee: 

• Plan, organize and publicize annual block party for all association members and
  all non-association neighbors from adjoining streets.
• Purchase food, cook and cleanup.
• Manage to the annual Block Party Budget - $650.00 (proposed) for 2012
• Present receipts to board Treasurer for reimbursement.

• Event held in the Oakland Beach Park (City of Prior Lake).
